orthoXin®
Orthodontic Resin, AutopolymerAcrylic resin for the fabrication of orthodontic appliances. The material has been specially developed for use with the doughing technique, but is also conditionally suitable for use with the salt-and-pepper technique.

Product details
Mixing ratio:
10g of powder with 5g of liquid
Processing times:
Swelling phase: approx. 45 sec
Beginning of the plastic phase: after approx. 3 min
End of the plastic phase: after approx. 10 min
Polymerization:
The polymerization is carried out under a pressure of 2-3 bar and a water temperature of 40°C for about 10 minutes.
Colors:
The material itself is colorless, but may be customized using already colored monomers (orthoXin® color) or special color concentrates (orthoXin® intense).

Powder: 1.000g, 5.000g, 10kg, 25kg
Liquid: 500ml, 5.000ml
